Amadeus-Dirigeants was created in 2002. An organization of 40 senior executives who share the same approach to Executive Interim  Management and the same professional views and ethics. These 40 members are the core of Amadeus-Dirigeants and, together, they share the management responsibilities of the association, such as recruitment, business development, methods.

Given the professional backgrounds of its members, Amadeus-Dirigeants is a team  that can answer and solve all your management problems in the course of special assignments.

What and when Executive Interim Management ?

On occasion, the management of a company may not be in a position to react to unforeseen and particularly complex situations with their own resources.
When this happens, the solution could be for them to look for different external profiles, who, because they might be overqualified, would be able to quickly adjust to the situation, identify the relevant course of action and bring about swift operational solutions.
